IRS 2017
Hi,
Sorry for writing in English. But I have a question regarding the IRS that we fill in this year. I expect that I will receive money back. But the problem is, I left the country for another job in another country. So I closed also my bankaccount.
I also asked my question several times at IRS, but they close the ticket without answering. Maybe because I dont speak Portugese and that they dont understand my question (and i respect that offcourse)
So that is why I am asking here. Is it possible to receive the money on a bankaccount outside Portugal. Because as far as I remember you need to fill in a BIN or NIB number. And I dont have that with my current bank account. Is there someone that knows that you also can fill in a IBAN number, so I will receive the funds?

In 2017 I worked and lived in Portugal. But I moved in August to Poland. So I dont have a address and bank account anymore in Portugal now.
So that is why I am wondering, if I have rights to receive money, if it is possible to receive it on my bank in Poland (with a IBAN number)
So I hope that someone knows a solution or answer for this
as far as I remember, the bank data that we fill in is the IBAN, not NIB. try to change it in your personal information, and a couple of day later it should be confirmed by fiscal authorities
