THE OPEN DAY WILL CONSIST OF:

1. Presentation of the company and the offer.
2. English language written test.
3. Interview.

If you pass the interview successfully, you will be invited to attend a Cabin Crew Training Program.

If you finish the course successfully you will be offered to sign a 3-year work contract, guaranteeing:
9 months of work, 15 days paid vacation, 3 months unpaid leave - each year.
You must be flexible and willing to be based at any of the 50 Ryanair bases within EU.

TOTAL TRAINING COSTS - (only if you are successful at the interview):

- HHN (Hahn - Frankfurt - Germany)
All students are required to pay 500€ for the registration fee to Crewlink in order to reserve your place on the course and receive preparation materials for the course and for the ID process files.

The total cost of your training course and to attain your qualification is 1.649.00€ if you pay in advance (must pay until the first day of the course) - Totally refundable if by any reason a student fails the course or wont finish it successfully.

The students are required to pay for the course ONLY if they pass it successfully.

Training costs include:

Training course, training materials, practical trainings, medical examination, ID paper work, flight to HHN within Ryanair net, flight from HHN to the base, transportation between accommodation and training centre (if you choose accommodation in our Centre), extra baggage allowance, uniform fitting.

TOTAL ACCOMMODATION COSTS - optional - only in HHN

700€ deposit includes high quality accommodation and housekeeping services for all the course period (6 weeks), paid 3 weeks prior to the course.

REFUNDING POLICY

500€ registration fee is not refundable, however, if you fail the course or quit from the course by any reason you will not be charged for the rest of the course costs.
HHN - Accommodation is refundable only if cancelled 21 working days prior to the course.

No money will be required on the Assessment Day.
The students are required to pay the course ONLY if they pass successfully.

BENEFITS

To compensate the expenses, Ryanair is suggesting the NEW JOINERS LOAN for a total amount of €1200.00 to each candidate who starts to work, which is an extra bonus on top of the salary and percentage from sales.
Over 70% of your training costs will be covered by the company once you have started working if you pay in advance.

SALARY:
1. Average salary of a Junior Cabin Crew Member on the first year - 1.200€/1.000£ a month.
2. Each crew receive 10% from all sales on board during the duty.

THE REQUIREMENTS ARE:

- Age over 18.

- Between 5' 2" (1.57m) and 6' 2" (1.88m) in height with weight in proportion.

- Good eye-sight (contact lenses are acceptable).

- Valid EU passport within Schengen Space.

- Swim at least 50 meters.

- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- No visible tattoos.
- No medication.
